Absolutley shocked by the incompetence at this hotel. My room was filthy on arrival, and the staff was outright rude during check-in, she clearly didn't care. I expected some form of special treatment but alas, no upgrades or basic courtesies were given. I almost wanted to give a good review, but i just couldn't.

very comfy bed and the breakfast was very nice.
receptionist at check-in was very cold and rude. could not find my reservation and somehow seem to imply that somehow it was my fault.

Courteous staff, clean room and was able to check in at a reasonable time. Also the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was very sweet and the food was EXCELLENT!!

On the downside, housekeeping was inconsistent. Not receiving a full clean for three days was a letdown. The noise insulation was poor, leading to a couple next door keeping us awake, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear, distracting .

The bed was about the most comfortable we have had at a hotel.
The only thing we noticed was that our room had a slightly musty smell and the air conditioner was a little noisy, but overall we were very pleased with our experience.

They are currently doing some construction and there was a lot of trash and dirt from that in the parking lot and pond. But the hotel itself and our room was clean.

Rooms were clean and new. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Clean enough to pass military inspection. Their health inspection for breakfast area was rated at 100%

Very comfortable overall experience. The hotel was amazing, recently refurbished and well-stocked room. An awesome restaurant in property. Great service and a very clean pool onsite. Everything nice.

Breakfast. The lady taking care of the breakfast was awesome. The food was kept at the temperature necessary. It looked good and tasted great. Never did she run out of anything. I had two of my grandsons with me and they raved about the food as well.
